We seek a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist (paid ads and media buying) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The primary focus is Google Ads and Meta. This role requires close cooperation with all other departments and provides comprehensive reporting to the team and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google PPC, Display, YouTube Campaigns, and Social Media Ads.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as SEO, Content, and Design, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy for clients.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance and deliverables, including campaign ROI and key metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google PPC, Display, and YouTube campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising management.
  • Experience managing campaigns across various platforms such as Google PPC, Display & YouTube Campaigns, and Social Media Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
